What are the Capital Requirements?

Do they offer a finance program?
Most Java Grande Licensees fund their initial cash requirement ($35,000 to $65,000) from savings, home equity lines of credit or retirement plans like 401k’s, 403’s or 409’s. You may borrow the balance of your necessary capital through commercial banks or through a governmental agency called The Small Business Administration (SBA). For the double sided drive-thru, the actual building size of the 8520 is 170 square feet. The 8512 has 100 square feet of space and the 8508 is 64 sq. feet. The office building set-up is variable but 10x13 work area is a workable size. For a sit down coffee-shop, a minimum of 500 sq. feet is recommended.
How Do I Select the Location?
In some cases, Java Grande spends the necessary funds (travel, employees, realtor expenses) to assist licensees in finding an acceptable site for the Java Grande Double Sided Drive –Thru Kiosk. Java Grande, Inc. also agrees to spend up to $4,000 to assist licensee’s in the permitting process. Location assistance is also available for the office building set-up and sit down shops.
