Quality Hotels have a minimum of 50 rooms, a swimming pool, exercise facilities, guest laundry, and meeting space of 750 square feet. A typical Quality Hotel is an interior corridor, multistory hotel with 150 rooms. Quality Inn and Suites have a minimum of 75 guest rooms, 20% of which are fully-divided, two-room suites. Quality Suites has a minimum of 75 fully-divided, two-room suites with a cooked to order breakfast and manager's reception included in the room rate. Quality Executive Rooms feature oversized workspace with enhanced lighting, dataports, speakerphones, and furnishings perfect for the business traveler. Leisure travelers enjoy swimming pools, restaurants, guest laundry, and exercise rooms. Other features include the signature Quality Sleeper by Serta, free locals calls, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. Guests receive a complimentary copy of USA TODAY.
