Sleep Inn has a minimum of 60 rooms. Sleep Inn & Suites has a minimum of 70 rooms with a minimum 10% Suites, and a minimum of 30% shower only rooms. These hotels have an exercise room and 4 to 1 breakfast seating ratio (rooms to seats). All rooms have an oversized work area with bright task lighting, telephone with dataport, convenient desk-height electrical outlets, and remote-controlled color TV. A significant portion of the rooms include a signature well-lit oversized shower. Guests enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast and receive a complimentary copy of USA TODAY.
