Snelling Personnel Services is one of the nation's largest staffing companies offering a full service franchise to include temporary staffing, temp to hire, and career placement. For over 50 years, the Snelling name has been synonymous with quality, expertise, and strength. Our brand-name recognition and proven business model have turned countless independent entrepreneurs into successful Snelling franchise owners. Work for yourself but not by yourself!

Snelling Personnel: Staffing businesses today are among the fastest-growing industries in the nation. Everyday, millions of people work or are actively seeking employment. The U.S. Department of Labor projects that by 2008, U.S. jobs will increase by 55 million. Combined with the shrinking workforce caused by aging baby boomers, the projected job growth indicates that more and more people will have choices about what they do and where they work.

With more frequent career changes and new types of job opportunities, the demand for staffing services has never been greater. As a matter of fact, The Bureau of Labor Statistics, a U.S. agency charged with tracking labor markets, says there will be 10 million more jobs than employees by 2010.

By then the economy will support 167 million jobs and there will only be 157 million workers. These changing dynamics provide tremendous opportunity for you as a Snelling franchisee. Virtually everyone you come into contact with is a potential customer.

When you join the Snelling Personnel team you are joining a business that has a proven track record. Over the years, Snelling has developed an operating system that provides franchise owners with the tools they need to be successful. Our signature SnellingSelect Customer Care Process insures an outstanding service experience that has clients returning to us again and again.

With decades of experience coupled with a commitment to automation and technology, our system enables Snelling Personnel to continually move forward and evolve with the latest business practices.

By adopting methods and tools that have become industry standards, Snelling continues to shape the way the staffing business is conducted. Snelling’s back office system links Snelling offices to a centralized payroll system that processes payroll nationwide. Snelling’s advanced automation systems help franchisees quickly fill assignments with qualified candidates, generate payroll and billings and produce enhanced management reports. This kind of willingness to design and embrace new technologies helps ensure your business will be progressive. As a franchise owner, Snelling’s entire operating system is available to you 24 hours a day through our secure intranet site.
