Lou grew up in Baltimore Maryland, Served in the U.S Navy during the Vietnam War, graduated from Sheppard College in West Virginia, in Emergency Medicine.  He worked a national paramedic in Emergency rooms, and West Virginia Rescue Squads
He’s owned , operated, and sold 7 successful businesses as a franchisee, corporation president and as a sole proprietor.
